'Chalk it up' traditional hand painted blackboard.

This blackboard, Classic Car, Never Ending To Do List, is a perfect addition to any car enthusiasts home or workshop wall. I purchased the blackboard panel as a finished product as it has an easy clean matt black chalking surface which is suitable for both liquid chalk pens or traditional chalk. I painted the decorative mustard panel and added the red lettering with the signwritten words "Classic Car, Never Ending To Do List". The sign can be either free standing or wall mounted, I can also attach a suede leather string to the top if requested.

I painted this sign, using traditional signwriting techniques and products, skills which I learnt many years ago, then reluctantly discarded; a lost love I have recently rekindled.

Being hand painted this sign is unique, individual and its characteristics in the lettering and artwork reflect my own ability with a brush as no part of it was machine printed.

I use salvaged panel materials when appropriate to add aesthetically qualities to my signs and to also help the planet.
