Hand painted ‘Rover’ classic British car badge sign, art.

This sign of the Rover badge is both tactile and aesthetically attractive and is perfect for any Rover or British Classic car enthusiast, and it would add a touch of a nostalgic motoring history to any home.

The panel is 6mm Mdf measuring 21 cm x 30 cm which has been has a white gloss paint finish. The artwork and lettering I have painted free hand using traditional signwriting techniques and products.

This is a great sign for those who appreciate traditional craftmanship.

I painted this sign, using traditional signwriting techniques and products, skills which I learnt many years ago, then reluctantly discarded; a lost love I have recently rekindled.

Being hand painted this sign is unique, individual and its characteristics in the lettering and artwork reflect my own ability with a brush as no part of it was machine printed.

I use salvaged panel materials when appropriate to add aesthetically qualities to my signs and to also help the planet.
